I'm working on three projects:

1- a rollerball-switch-controlled-led-lighted-mass-of-ping-pong-balls:

2 - A reed switch controlled grid of led-lighted ring pong balls, with toggle switches to control color:

3 - A text-rain-esque flash display with real time input by participating users...

During the installation, users will call a phone number and leave messages, which will be displayed in a flash video...

here's an initial example... note that there's only one phrase in the database, so pay attention or you'll miss the show!
